Oberon High School is committed to the provision of an inclusive education that enables all students to fully participate in the educational programs provided by the school.

A feature at Oberon High School is the Inclusion Hub where staff assist students with:

Social and Emotional Learning

One to One Assistance

Emotional Regulation

Small Group Work

Dedicated Inclusion Team

Oberon High School prides itself on inclusive practice with a dedicated team of specially trained Inclusion teachers
and classroom aides headed by an Inclusion Learning Specialist.

Our students are supported through various internal and external programs such as the I CAN Network, Social Skills Program, Handwriting Intervention Program, Inclusion Sports Programs and more.

We offer opportunities to connect with Allied Health practitioners such as Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists.

Teachers at Oberon are well trained in the development in creating Individual Education Plan goals, classroom adjustments and Student
Support Group meetings are organised as required. Oberon’s Inclusion Team will support families through the Disability Inclusion
Program (DIP) funding process.
